Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you use the RadioTEDU website, live streams, podcast archive, account features, and digital tools. By continuing to use the site, you agree to follow these terms. A separate required acknowledgement is collected when an account is created.

1. Services and open access

Radio, programme, podcast, and schedule information is public. You do not need an account to listen or browse the archive. An optional account lets you use personalized features such as favourites and listening history. Account access is subject to the conditions shown during registration.

2. Membership Agreement and accounts

An account is optional. Registration asks for a display name, email address, and password. If you register with a non-TEDU email address, the registration flow may ask for your age and requires you to be at least 18. The required registration checkbox confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and Membership Agreement and acknowledges that you have read the Privacy Policy. Newsletter consent is separate and optional; declining it does not prevent account creation.

Favourites and listening history saved to your account are used to provide the account features you choose. Keep your account details accurate, do not share your password, and tell RadioTEDU if you suspect unauthorized use. To request account closure or exercise privacy rights, use the channels described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use and content rights

Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the services, bypass security controls, try to collect other people's data or access their accounts, or infringe copyright or trademark rights. RadioTEDU pages, broadcasts, recordings, images, and brand elements belong to their rights holders or are used with permission. Access does not grant a right to copy, republish, rebroadcast, or commercially use that content.

4. MCP and automated agents

The RadioTEDU MCP can be used to search public radio and podcast information. A tool that creates a studio booking changes ERP data; it is not a read-only tool. It requires an authorized signed-in account, exact booking details, and your explicit confirmation. Account identity comes from the signed-in ERP profile; names, email addresses, and phone numbers are not tool inputs or response fields. Do not put personal or sensitive information in agent prompts or the booking-purpose field. Third-party AI providers process chat content and access credentials under their own terms.

5. Availability and service changes

Live streams, external links, and digital features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, or provider outages. RadioTEDU may update features to protect security, meet legal requirements, and keep the services running. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
