This website is operated by RadioTEDU (TED University Radio). Commercial activities, ticket sales and collection transactions conducted through the site are carried out through the infrastructure of TED ÜNİVERSİTESİ İKTİSADİ İŞLETMESİ (Tax Number: 8330496440) in accordance with legal requirements.

2. What Personal Information We Collect and Why Personal data may be collected on our website in the following situations:

• When a comment is submitted: name, email address, IP address and browser information.
• When contact forms are used: name, email address and your message.
• Through cookies: session information, preferences and sign-in status.
• Through analytics tools: IP address, page navigation information and approximate location information.
• During purchase transactions: first name, surname, phone number, email address and order details.

Data is processed for legal obligations, ticketing operations, analytics, improving the user experience and security purposes.

3. Comments When visitors leave comments on the site, the data entered in the comment form is collected together with the visitor's IP address and browser information to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address, also called a hash, may be provided to the Gravatar service.

4. Media Users who upload images should not include embedded location data (EXIF GPS) in image files. Visitors may download images from the site and extract this information.

5. Contact Forms Data submitted through our contact forms is collected only for customer relationship management and is retained for six (6) months. This information is not used for marketing or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Who We Share Your Data With Your data is not sold to third parties. Limited data may, however, be shared with the following providers where necessary to deliver the service:

• Hosting Provider: Server IP logs and data hosting.
• Google: Depending on the service used and the user's preferences, certain device, usage and user-provided data may be shared with Google to provide Google services used on the site, including Google Analytics, measurement, conversion matching and reCAPTCHA.
• Email Service Provider: Ticket and notification delivery.
• Payment Service Providers and Banks: Transaction information, including the amount, order number and name, is shared with the relevant bank (DenizBank / VakıfBank) and payment infrastructure providers to complete purchases, prevent fraud and process payments.

9. How Long We Retain Your Data

• Comment data: indefinitely.
• Contact form submissions: 6 months.
• Analytics data: 1 year.
• Purchase information: 10 years, as required by the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law.

10. Your Rights Over Your Data You may request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data. You can send requests to radio@tedu.edu.tr.

11. Where Your Data Is Sent Data may be transferred to services located outside Europe, such as Google and Mailchimp. Such transfers are carried out using international standard contractual terms and necessary security measures.

13. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SECURITY

How We Protect Your Data

• Encrypted communication with a 256-bit SSL certificate.
• Server security and firewalls.
• Administrator access restrictions to prevent unauthorized access.

Payment and Credit Card Security (IMPORTANT) The security of your credit card is a priority in ticket purchases made through our site.

• Card Information Is Not Stored: Credit card information, including the card number, expiry date and CVC, is not stored, recorded or copied in our systems.
• Bank Integration: Payment transactions are transmitted in encrypted form (SSL) directly from our site interface to the bank's Virtual POS infrastructure and are completed on the bank's secure servers. Our site sees only the successful or unsuccessful transaction result returned by the bank.
• 3D Secure: 3D Secure (SMS confirmation) is required for all transactions to provide a high level of security.

Data Breach Procedures In the event of a data breach, affected users and the relevant legal authorities (KVKK) are notified within 72 hours.
